Installation + sculpture

Selected work
2011–present

Chelsea’s work includes three dimensional assemblage, sculpture, and installation. These works often incorporate materials gathered from field studies of from abandoned homesteads in Wonder Valley, a sparsely populated region of Southern California’s High Desert. The works imagine the entropy of what was once full of promise sliding into inevitable decay.
